What to expect after you order, and how we handle the rare defect.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a defective product.
These tiles are produced in small batches with an emphasis on artistry and quality. Since they are hand-painted, minor variations may be expected, including subtle differences in paint finishes or minor cosmetic marks such as faint buffing lines or light surface scratches. Each tile is inspected before packaging. Minor cosmetic variations that don't affect play, durability, or structural integrity are not considered defects, and are a normal part of handcrafted production.
Layered Acrylic & Delamination
My tiles are produced using layered acrylic. While uncommon, acrylic separation or delamination may occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that you experience delamination, please contact me right away.
I stand behind my products, and I will work with you if there are any serious defects that prevent normal play. If I have replacement tiles on hand, I will quickly send them to you. However, because my products are manufactured in limited quantities, a replacement may not be immediately available. If this is the case, I will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
